Who we are

We're not an AI agency that learned about NGOs. We're sector insiders who learned AI.

ImpactFlow AI was founded after years of working inside the non-profit sector, seeing first-hand how stretched teams lose hours every week to tasks that don't need a human anymore.

We know from experience that the stakes are high: cautious boards, donors who hold you to high standards, limited technical capacity, and a reputation that depends on getting every communication right. That's why every system is designed with these pressures in mind, with ethical guardrails and human verification built in.

For many organisations, the question isn't whether AI could help. It's whether it can be adopted safely, with data protected and human oversight built in. That's what these systems are built to answer.

Meet the founder

I spent most of my career as a Comms Officer in the non-profit sector and I know from experience how easy it is to take on too many opportunities. Especially when you're working for a good cause, you always want to go the extra mile. This also got me into situations where I found myself overworked, and I know I'm not an exception. When I got to experience AI systems, beyond just an AI chat, I was instantly hooked because I understood how much time it frees up and how incredibly valuable this is for mission-driven teams. Time they can spend on strategic work, fostering partnerships, or just preventing burnout.

With the right systems in place, mission-driven teams can increase their impact dramatically. But getting those systems right matters — particularly when working with sensitive donor and beneficiary data. That's where I focus my work.

How we build

A lot of AI workflows are vibe-coded and break the moment something changes. We prototype and then hand off to experienced developers for production builds. That's what makes these systems reliable outside the demo.

  • Sector specialists, not generalists
  • Built by experienced technical specialists
  • Human oversight built into every system

How we work

NGOs and foundations operate in a trust-dependent environment. One issue with AI: a wrong message sent, a data breach, an automated decision that crosses a line, can damage relationships that took years to build. We take that seriously. Every system we design starts with ethics, not as an afterthought, but as the foundation.

Human oversight

AI handles repetition. Your team handles approvals. No system we build sends communications, makes commitments, or takes consequential action without a person approving it first.

Transparency first

Before we build anything, we explain everything: what data the system accesses, what it will and won't do, who reviews the outputs, and how to turn it off. In plain language. Before the build begins.

Mission alignment

We don't just match your brief, we understand what's at stake. We protect our clients' reputations as if they were our own. Because trust is the one thing you can't automate.
