What this is

Most teams already know something is eating their hours. What's harder is knowing exactly what, and what to actually do about it.

This is a 30-minute conversation about how your week really works: the tasks that repeat, the tools that don't talk to each other, the things everyone complains about but nobody's fixed.

Afterward, you get a short written summary, yours to keep either way:

  • Where your team's hours are disappearing
  • The two or three things we'd automate first, and why those specifically

No slide deck. No sales pressure on the call. Just a clear, honest look at where automation would actually help, and where it wouldn't.

Who this is for

Built for NGOs, foundations, B Corps, and mission-driven teams who want to do more with the hours they already have, without compromising on how they handle data or who stays in control.

If your team is spending hours on reporting, donor communication, grant tracking, or repetitive data entry, this call is for you.

What you don't need to worry about

  • No self-hosting. You don't need an infrastructure team to benefit from this.
  • No vendor lock-in. If we build something, switching providers later is a config change, not a rebuild.
  • No exposure of sensitive data. Anything involving personal or beneficiary data is handled deliberately, not by default.
  • Human oversight, always. Every recommendation keeps a person in the loop. Nothing runs unchecked.

How it works

  1. Book a 30-minute call. Pick a time that works for you below.
  2. We talk through your week. What eats the most hours, what tools you're using, what's already frustrated someone on your team.
  3. You get a written summary within 48 hours. Where the hours are going, and the two or three things worth automating first.
  4. You decide what happens next. No pressure. If it's useful, we talk about next steps. If not, you keep the summary either way.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really free?

Yes. The call and the written summary cost you nothing but the 30 minutes.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. The call is discovery, not a pitch. If we think something's worth building together, that conversation happens after you've had time to read the summary, not during the call.

What if we're not ready to automate anything?

That's fine. Plenty of audits end with “not yet, but here's what to keep an eye on.” The summary is useful either way.

What happens to what we tell you?

Nothing you share goes further than this conversation and your summary, unless you ask us to act on it.
